2. The Service
Swarm provides teams of AI agents that produce deliverables (presentations, reports, educational audits) from your instructions. AI-generated content may contain errors and is not legal, financial or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for how you use the deliverables.
3. Account & acceptable use
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials confidential. It is prohibited to use the Service to generate unlawful content, to access other users' data, to circumvent billing, or to resell the Service without written consent.
4. Credits
Usage consumes credits, the unit of work of the platform. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are non-transferable.
5. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to your briefs; subject to payment, you receive usage rights over deliverables generated for your account. The platform itself remains the publisher's exclusive property.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Total liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
French law applies.
